TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DONATIONS – Animals Rescue Team

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DONATIONS made through the website www.animalsrescueteam.org Effective as of April 23, 2024.

  General information

  1. The website www.animalrescueteam.pl is operated by Animals Rescue Team Foundation with its registered seat in Warsaw (02-591), 18/108 Stefana Batorego Street, registered in the register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations and independent public health care institutions under KRS number: 0001142885, NIP: 7011236299, REGON: 540365657.
  2. The Regulations set out the terms and conditions for online donations using the form available at www.animalsrescueteam.pl, carried out by the PayU SA service.
  3. Online payments are handled by the payment operator PayU SA, 60-166 Poznań, 182 Grunwaldzka Street, KRS: 0000274399, NIP: 779-23-08-495, REGON: 300523444.

  Rules for making donations

  1. Donations can be made by any adult individual, legal entity or organizational unit. These persons will be referred to hereafter as “Donors”.
  2. All donations made to the Animals Rescue Team Foundation will go to support its statutory activities.
  3. In order to make a donation through the PayU service, after filling out the form present at www.animalsrescueteam.pl, the Donor is redirected to the payu.pl website
  4. As part of online payments, the Donor can make contributions via electronic transfers, including BLIK, and credit cards.
  5. The donor who fills out the form and goes to the PayU service agrees to process the data provided in the form in order to maintain regular contact with Animals Rescue Team Foundation in connection with its statutory objectives. The administrator of the personal data is Animals Rescue Team Foundation.

  Complaint procedure

  1. In justified cases, the Donor may file a complaint regarding the donation.
  2. Complaint should be reported to: kontakt@animalsrescueteam.pl writing in the title “complaint” and in the body of the message the details of the transaction and the reason for the complaint. Each complaint will be considered by Animals Rescue Team Foundation individually within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

  Final provisions

  1. Animals Rescue Team Foundation has the right to change the rules at any time.
  2. In matters not covered by these regulations, the generally applicable legal provisions shall apply
