The baby is getting better and better, and the paw, thanks to our wonderful doctor, is healing nicely ❤

Mufka had a follow-up visit yesterday. The wound on her paw, unfortunately, has not yet healed, so the doctor changed the dressing. Fortunately, everything looks good and no inflammation has developed there.
The little one is already trying to walk, but it is not easy because both hind paws were broken. Fortunately, the worst of the kitty is behind her and now she can slowly recover in peace ❤.

Dear friends, Mufka is now out of surgery! ❤️
The cat generally feels good and is very brave. Admittedly, she is still a little sleepy after the anesthesia, but slowly you can see that strength is returning 😊.
I’m very happy that it was finally possible to operate on her. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for helping to rescue her❤️

Unfortunately, pus has collected in the wounds of the cat, so for the time being they have been cleaned, and the doctor has put a dressing on our heroine, which we have to change every day. The little one also gets an antibiotic and painkillers every day. Surgery will be possible only after we deal with the inflammation in the paw.
Fortunately, every day we can see an improvement in Mufka’s well-being. The cat is slowly regaining her appetite and you can see that in her eyes there is a renewed hope and desire to live❤️

The homeless Mufka looks around and murmurs uncertainly. Will someone help her?
Mufka doesn’t understand what has happened. All she knows is that suddenly her whole world has changed. She has always been able to run and jump, she has always managed to always find something to eat in the trash and water to drink, but now something terrible has happened.
At one point, Mufka’s body was cut by a terrible pain. It was immediately followed by terror and an overwhelming desire to run away, but… but her hind paws would not listen to her. Every attempt to move triggered a new wave of unimaginable pain. And so she stayed, here, on the sidewalk. She managed to crawl a bit towards the bushes, but she ran out of strength to hide in them. Her voice is quiet, hoarse, as if she has already spent a very long time here, calling for help.
What’s wrong with you Mufka? Did you fall from a height? Were you hit by a car? Or were you hurt by a cruel person? Did you fall victim to a heartless abuser?
According to people’s accounts, Mufka sometimes came to the neighborhood bar in search of food. What else was she supposed to do? The street is usually a death sentence for such a cat. Mufka had to cope somehow. She winked at the tables asking for anything that would make her less hungry.
It’s possible that someone didn’t like it and decided to get rid of the “problem.” The doctor is unable to determine what exactly happened, but Mufka has symmetrically broken both hind paws. If the wounds were the result of a hit-and-run, the little one would have more injuries. There are a lot of bone fragments in one of the paws and an infection has managed to get there. This is a straight road to sepsis.
The cat urgently needs the help of a doctor. First, the inflammation needs to be treated as soon as possible. I have to take Mufka to the clinic every day for the vet to give her intravenous antibiotics and painkillers. Without them, the cat has no chance of survival, but she also wouldn’t be able to endure the immense pain that sears through her entire body. Once the infection is dealt with, surgery and bracing of the injured paws will be needed.
The funds needed for the treatment and surgery are huge, and my heart breaks when I see that I am not able to pay for everything this poor thing needs.
Dear friends, I beg you to rescue Mufka. The cat is suffering so much and will not survive without our immediate help. We are her only hope for survival. Please help me save this little one.
