Tuttu and Black have wonderful characters.
Our other charges feel it too. Mufka still sleeps with Tuttu, and Rudzik sleeps next to Black.
I get very emotional when I see how strongly they support and care for each other ❤

Dear friends, thank you for helping poor Black!
Thank you to each of you who did not turn away from him because he looks disgusting due to his illness. Together we raised the entire amount needed, and even a little more! If there is anything left after the poor guy’s treatment, I will use it for his sterilization, which will have to be done anyway.
Now Black is in the clinic. I’ve paid for the treatment so far, the initial one, which was credited by the clinic. And we now have the money to treat this poor guy the way he deserves.
Thank you again for your good hearts. I will keep you updated on Blacks’s condition.
When I saw Black, I thought he was dead. He wasn’t moving. In addition, his skin and fur looked like they belonged to a cat that had been dead for some time….
I was wrong. When I came closer, Black moved, raised his head and looked straight at me. And then he began to meow loudly and desperately. He meowed to me, clearly asking me for help.
The kitten looks tragic. His skin is a thick, cracked, peeling armor, with blood oozing from it in places. The kitten is breathing loudly and heavily, as if breathing causes him pain or requires effort. I lean over him, at which point Blackie sneezes and sprays me with a purulent and bloody discharge from his nose.
People pass Black with disgust. They look at me with astonishment that I am even approaching such a sick cat. It was probably his appearance that caused no one to help him and Black just waited on the street for a slow death in suffering.
But I won’t leave Black here. It’s not his fault that he got sick, and in such a way that his appearance inspires disgust. Black wants to live, like everyone else, like me and you. If he could talk, he would beg for help and for a little love. But he can’t, so he just looks straight at me and meows, loudly and desperately.
So I run quickly to get the carrier. I manage quite easily to persuade Blackie to go inside. I think he understood that I wanted to help him.
My Dears, Black is after a consultation at the clinic and there is a diagnosis. Black’s entire skin is covered with scabies. On top of that, there was a bacterial infection of the skin, because the kitten scratches all the time until he bleeds. Black also suffers from calcivirus. Probably for a long time, as there is already blood in the nasal discharge.
The doctor gave Black an antibiotic drip. With the first dose. He also informed me that the treatment of a cat in such a condition will be costly and lengthy. And that he does not guarantee the outcome of the treatment, because Black’s body is very weakened.
My Dear Friends, I ask you very much to help this poor guy. Do not turn away from him with disgust, as passers-by did. I know that it will be very difficult to raise money for Black, because people are more willing to help those animals that are cute and adorable. But what should I do? Give up without a fight?
