Tiny Betty was lying in the bushes all alone and looked ill. I took her to the vet.

Betty is a tiny kitten that I found all alone, weak and without her mom. She was lying in the bushes and at first I thought she was dead. But when I came close, she spotted me and started meowing desperately, as if asking for help. Betty’s eyes were covered with dried pus and overall the kitty looked quite weak. I looked for her mom, but neither she nor any other cats were anywhere nearby.

I took Betty and immediately went to the clinic. The doctors didn’t want to admit me, because I didn’t have an appointment. But I didn’t let go, so in the end I guess they wanted to get rid of me because they finally took care of Betty.

They examined her, gave her eye drops and an antibiotic. They assessed her overall condition as fairly good. After being warmed up and fed, Betty recovered and even started playing and messing around, as a kitten does 🙂
