POZOSTAŁY CZAS:
Little Emi’s body, unfortunately, did not cope… The kitty is now in a better place.

Dear friends, I have terrible news for you. Last night, Emi’s body unfortunately gave up.
The condition of the eye was deteriorating badly despite the antibiotic and daily visits to the clinic. Emi passed away 😞
The little one fought back and you could see that she was coping with the infection. I believed she would make it through and make it to surgery. Unfortunately, it happened otherwise….

Dear friends, thank you. Together, we managed to raise the funds necessary to save the life of little Emi.
Now there is a very difficult road ahead of the kitten, in which the next days will be decisive. As soon as we manage to improve her overall condition, Emi will face surgery for her diseased eye.
I am very grateful to you for your help in saving this little one. Keep your fingers crossed that everything will go our way.

Tiny homeless Emi has a broken paw. You can see it right away. The paw is severely deformed and Emi does not stand on it at all. She tries to walk on three paws, but keeps losing her balance and falling over to the side.
Someone must have dropped her off here. Fable is about a few weeks old. It’s impossible that she got here on her own by any means. There is no sign of her mom in the area, although I wait for a long time with faint hope that she will appear after all.
When I take Emi in my arms, I see that one of her eyes is in a terrible state. In addition to being infested, the whole eyeball is very swollen and looks infected. I have to get her out of here. Leaving this little one on the street is passing a death sentence on her. And looking at her condition, I can see that she doesn’t have much time left.
I take the baby to the clinic. The doctor confirmed that the paw is badly broken. He also said that Emi has severe inflammation in her eye and that overall she is very, very weak, dehydrated and malnourished. He gave her an intravenous antibiotic and a hydration-nutrition drip, as well as antibiotic eye drops.
The doctor says it will be necessary to put the paw under anesthesia. It is very likely that the diseased eye will have to be urgently removed. But at the moment Emi is too weak to be given general anesthesia. She wouldn’t survive it. After IVs and an antibiotic, her condition should stabilize enough in the next few days that the surgery can be performed.
I’ve taken Emi home but I have to be at the clinic with her twice a day for IVs and subsequent doses of medication.
For the next few days, I have to come with her to the clinic for strengthening IVs and further doses of medication so that the little one can regain some strength. Once her condition stabilizes, Emi will need to be operated on as soon as possible.
From the bottom of my heart, I ask you to help the tiny homeless Emi. If we manage to cure this little one, I will do my best to find her a loving home forever.
