POZOSTAŁY CZAS:
Despite the tremendous efforts of the doctors, Boba passed away… Thank you for giving her hope.

Yesterday Boba died, just two hours after the operation. I knew it was a very risky decision, but still my heart aches at the thought that she didn’t make it. Despite everything, I believed that we could do it, that together we would save another helpless child from the street. Without surgery, she had no chance for life – it was the only way, although extremely difficult and full of uncertainty.
Boba was exceptional, she fought bravely until the very end, and we did everything we could. This is a huge loss, which reminds us how fragile and precious the life of any pet is.

Dear friends, I just drove Boba to the clinic, where she is facing major surgery.
The kitten is in stable condition, but the surgery will be extremely difficult. However, we have to take this risk, because without surgery the little one has no chance of survival.
Thanks to you, Boba has been given a chance for a new life and the hope that she will be able to come out of all this unscathed. On behalf of myself and Boba, thank you for your support from the bottom of my heart!

When I saw baby Boba, she was lying on the sidewalk and I was sure the poor thing was dead. Nevertheless, I decided to check it out. When I crouched down by her side, Boba seemed to wake up. She looked at me with semi-conscious eyes, meowed silently, and then closed her eyes again and lowered her head to the sidewalk.
I had no idea either what happened to Boba, or how I could help her. At first glance, there were no visible injuries, so I picked up the little one and put her on the sidewalk a piece away to see if anything would change in her behavior.
Boba stood up, but when she tried to walk, her hind legs started to go; eventually she rolled over onto her side and became completely immobile. I could see that she was still breathing. Without thinking any longer, I picked up Boba, who was pouring through my hands, and ran with her to the clinic.
The doctor said that the kitty had a very weak pulse. He immediately put Boba under oxygen to keep her alive. Only when Boba opened her eyes and began to move, the doctor conducted further tests and ordered an X-ray. Unfortunately, the test result was very bad. The x-ray showed that Boba has a ruptured diaphragm, so that the intestines have moved from the abdominal cavity to the chest. The diaphragm rupture also causes the kitty to have difficulty breathing and hypoxia. She must have suffered some kind of serious trauma, like being hit by a car, or being hit or kicked hard. I don’t even want to think what terrible pain she must be feeling.
The doctor says that the only way to save Boba is urgent surgery. And that it has to be done within a few days, otherwise there is no chance Boba will survive.
Boba has been given painkillers, IVs and is lying under oxygen all the time. And her life now depends only on us.
Now Christmas is approaching and everyone has big expenses. I’m very afraid that we won’t be able to raise money in time to save Boba’s life. But I don’t want to give up. Therefore, I am very much asking everyone who reads my request to help this suffering kitty. Even the smallest amount.
